Refund Policy

Appointments cancelled with more than 48 hours notice will be issued a full refund of their deposits.  Appointments changed or cancelled from 24-48 hours before the appointment will be charged a $50 late change fee; appointments cancelled or changed within 24 hours will be charged $100 on the first instance and the cost of the full procedure/appointment for future instances.  Any no call/no show appointments are subject to full charge even if it is a first instance.  An appointment is considered a no call/no show if the patient is more than 10 minutes late and we do not hear from them by that time.  

Memberships require a minimum commitment of 6 months.  After 6 months, patients may choose to cancel their membership at anytime, any unused services or memberships benefits will automatically stop when the membership is terminated.  Cancellation prior to 6 months can be charged for the remainder of the initial 6 months period which has not yet been charged.

Packages are purchased with special discounted terms including the time in which they will be used.  Packages not fully used by their expiration will be forfeit without return or partial return of funds.  Packages for treatments requiring prior medical intakes to ensure the patient is a good candidate (ie Ketamine Assisted Therapy packages) can be refunded minus a 5% surcharge for processing fees if the patient purchases a package in advance, but is not a good candidate.  It is advised to have consultations or appropriate medical intakes prior to the purchase of any packages.
